oakART

“OakART” is a design proposal for a new arts district in the downtown Oakland neighborhood.   The project was a submittal for the 2022 ULI Hines Competition, and was developed over a two week period in collaboration with students from the University of Miami and University of Toronto. I was part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Law & Business students. I was designated as Team Leader for the project by my professors, so it was my responsibility to ensure the team was well organized, had clear communication, and kept up with project deadlines.
